LH Surge

Has anyone ever had an LH surge last for 24 hours? I took a OPK yesterday at 1230 and it was positive, did the dance, and then again at 1230 today tested again and it was just a positive. Never had this happen before. I also started tracking my BBT this cycle. Thanks for any response.😊
