How long did you plan or prepare for trying and what did you do?

My husband is getting a vasectomy reversal in September. I’ve started prenatal and taking supplements too. We might be able to try in September and my ovulation will be really close to when he can be up and running again.

Quit drinking and started to eat healthier

I stopped taking my anti depressants 6 months ahead, started prenatal vitamins 3 months ahead. I'm now 3 months of active trying and super impatient 😭

We got pregnant both times on second cycle of trying. First one ended with a lost baby. Pregnant now with 🌈 hopefully. I did the SMEP. I think it was helpful!
