Endo & conceiving

​Okay so I was "diagnosed" with endo nearly a year ago but suspect I've had it for a lot longer then that and have been ttc for 3 cycles. my specialist gave me the option of the mirena but wasn't willing as me and my bf decided to try for a baby. I am 21 and he's 23, been together for over 5 years, living together for 3 and both have stable well paying jobs (I work from home) when I told my doctor we want to concieve, he said no problems you'll be fine and almost brushed off my concerns relating to endo. I think he said "girls your age only have to look sideways at a boy and bam!" now I know it can take a healthy couple up to a year to concieve, so basically I'm asking of any success stories? every month that goes by with bfns has that little niggling thought in my head wondering if my endo is much worse than I thought!?!
