Best way to cope with depression?
I’ve never been this depressed before, I’ve tried changing my mindset but it only works for a little bit, I’ve tried listening to music, I can’t eat, can’t sleep, literally just can’t be happy.. maybe ice used these methods too much so it’s ineffective?? What do you guys do so I can try something new and get better because I absolutely hate feeling like this!!!!!! Meanwhile I won’t stop or give up I’ll keep trying to focus on the positive, I’m determined to stop because it’s effecting my relationship soooo much 😞
