Are there any tattoo artists in here? Is there any way I can go about fixing this, or do I need to look into getting it removed? This is supposed to be a cover up of a badly done day of the dead girl, new guy I went to is really highly acclaimed in my city and he told me he could easily cover it. But to me it just looks like a messy blob and I hate it!! Any advice is welcomed PLEASE I feel dumb wearing tanks and tees out in public.
