Metformin and Myo inositol
Has anyone taken those together or even the myo- inosital for pcos? If so have u notice a difference? I'm on 2000 my of metformin a day and recently my pcos has started acting up again messing up my periods .My doctor suggested taking the Myo along with my vitamins and metformin.
