Weight Loss Tips and Plans???? (Urgent!)

Hello members of Glow! First off, this may be a little long, so pace yourself! I am a 17 year old female, currently 5'6", and weigh about 175 lbs. I've hovered around this height and weight for about three years now. My boyfriend and I have been together for a long time now, and he is very happy with my body, which I am very thankful for. He is about 6'2", very athletic build (he's been playing baseball since a very young age), and he is my inspiration to get fit. I want to be a girlfriend that he is proud to be seen with, the kind of girlfriend that makes other girls a bit jealous. He told me he will always be happy with my body, and that he will always support me, and I've finally decided to take charge of my body! I would like to feel sexy and confident when I get naked in front if my man, and feel the same confidence when I go out in public. I would be happy at about 140 or so, and I need help with it! I know there must be some health conscious women on here that can point me in the right direction. I need a few different things: motivation, meal plans, supplements, exercises, and anything else you can think of for me! All responses are very much appreciated, and thank you to all in advance!
