Has anyone else had a tubal reversal?

Was it successful?
Have you become pregnant or delivered a happy healthy baby?
I got the procedure done mid April 2018 & currently ttc.

Hello! Yes I did 2/15/17. I got my first bfp my 2nd cycle trying, but lost the baby and my left tube. Just had a hsg and they reopened my tube with beautiful flow. I’m still very hopeful. I took a 6 month break ttc after my loss.

Hey everyone!! So I’m just checking in and it happened!! I took a test yesterday and it was positive. It’s been about six mos since my reversal and healing time. Wishing you all the best!!!

I just had a tubal reversal and it was successful in the way that she was able to attach both tubes with good lengths remaining. The left tube has a higher chance of scarring over as it was attached closer the the uterus and is the narrower portion of the tube. I had mine done just under a month ago. I ovulate this week and my doctor said I can start trying a month after surgery so I will be TTC this cycle. The thing with reversals is that just because it was easy to get pregnant before having your tubes tied does not mean that will be the case afterwards and may take more time. If I’m not pregnant in 6 months I will go back to my reproductive endocrinologist to get an HSG to see if tubes are still patent( it also can potentially help clear them if they are not patent).
