Help tooth pain

Ok so about a month ago I went into the dentist to get my teeth checked because I was in pain and to make a long story short the dentist got permission from my obgyn that it was OK for me to take some antibiotics so I took it in about two ago I ran out and now my teeth hurt again So I asked the dentist could I have a refill he said no and I would have to be see me again well he had nothing available today and nothing available tomorrow so I have to go the rest of the week and weekend with this pain I’ve tryed Tylenol n oraljel Nothing is really helping the pain mostly comes at night anybody have any suggestions on what can I do for the pain please help
