5 days late

My AF is 5 days late and I took a pregnancy test tonight because I am very anxious couldn’t wait until the morning. It was negative. My breasts are very sore to the point my bra irritates my boobs, eating more than normal, frequency going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Extremely tired On the July 11 I had my AF and on the July 26 I did spotted very very light pink with a little piece of blood clot. When should I test? I have never experienced this before please I really need your guys input what should I do
