Light cramping— normal?

Question

I am 4 weeks today, missed period will be tomorrow. I’ve had two blood tests done at doc, levels doubled between the two. I’m having cramps (feels like light period cramps) w some light brown discharge once or twice a day when I wipe after using the restroom. Is this normal?

Spotting is typically normal as long as it isnt bright red then you are alright and the cramping is also a normal symptom I had the cramping but not the spotting but my doctor has told me that both are normal maybe to ease your mind you can call your doctor and have them verify that everything is alright
