Please help! Tmi period picture!

Has anyone else experienced something like this? I’ve had many clots like the bottom part of the picture but never the top. All my close friends and females in my family have not. This happened yesterday around 6pm. I’m calling the doctors Monday for an appointment. I just want someone else to say they have because I feel like something is seriously wrong with me ): I had my first pregnancy/miscarriage this year too in February I would’ve been 10 weeks when it happened.. I have no idea what’s “normal” for me anymore. Before my miscarriages my periods were 28-67 days apart and I had clots for my full period that lasted 7/9 days. After my miscarriage they have been every 30 days like clock work and only 4/5 days long. I have no idea if I’ve possibly had another miscarriage this time because I was supposed to start Wednesday and I did. My husband and I are trying again.
