Confidence maybe?

I have a general idea about what I like in the bedroom but I don’t have any specific preferences. I also feel uncomfortable communicating about my sexuality/kinks face to face. As well as verbally expressing turn ons.

What exactly can help me be more confident doing so?

Also when I’m in the moment it doesn’t feel natural to give verbal encouragement, ex: “like that! Yes!” So on. It sort of feels like it’s not me like it’s a role I’m playing if that makes sense?

part of that might be because I don’t know what to say sometimes. Is this just something that gets better with experience?
