Is it safe to dye your hair in the 3rd trimester?

I'm 32 weeks 1 day with my daughter and my baby shower is Saturday, and I bought hair dye and I really want to know if I am able to dye my hair, I don't see my doc til Aug 3rd but I read that you can as long as it's well ventilated and a fan is used, true or false?!

Please help me, I really want to dye my hair so I don't look like shit for my shower, 😁

I would only use dye that doesn't have ammonia in it, like Herbal Essences 28 shampoo. I'm sure you'd looked just as good with or without your hair dyed.  ;)
