is the WORST. Had my first day back today and I feel like a stranger in a strange land. When I picked my son up from daycare he was like a little zombie baby he was so overstimulated and tired. He'd been awake for 2 hours by then which is usually his max. I got home and put him down for a nap...and he slept for almost 4 hours. When he finally woke up I started bawling because I'd missed him so much. It's nice to have adult interaction during the day but my job isn't all that fulfilling and my heart hurts without him. I feel fortunate that I got to take 4 months off but the maternity leave in this country leaves a lot to be desired. Anyone else gone back to work?
