How do you make this?

I have tried searching for it like a tutorial and nothing. Like where do you glue them or how? Do you u use tape? Or a wall. So it won’t fall. Using paper plates

I would say use hot glue. I would do it on a big piece of cardboard or plywood.

You can also probably staple or pin them down, because each row covers the bottoms of the plate, and then at the bottom of the board you can add some sort of decoration to cover the last row of pins/staples.

Def hot glue but use a low temp gun in case the high temp ones melt the plastic.

Either glue or double sided tape should hold them together. You could attach it to cardboard to help support it, or without probably. I think you would have to start with the top row since it's actually the furthest back, attach the plates to each other in that row, and then start with the next one down. It may even be easiest to make each row individually first and then attach them as shown in the image.
