No drugs, no fertility treatments, lots of immature follicles. I was just taking vitex to support my cycle (very long 50-70 days!!!) and selenium to support my thyroid (I have Hashimoto's and also take thyroxine). I tracked my ovulation religiously with BBT and ovulation predictor kits. So we timed sex perfectly and caught the egg. I'm now 6 weeks preggo. It was stressful but so worth it. Don't lose hope ladies.

I've been on metformin for like 10 years. I did all the fertility crap with no luck, but then got pregnant on my own after I decided I was done trying. After I had my son, I really had the itch again to have another one, but couldn't get pregnant, so did fertility again. I ended up stopping because I developed a cyst that was about the size of an orange. I had again decided to not go for another one, but lo.and behold I got pregnant again, naturally and I'm due in December.

I’d been told that I would probably have a hard time getting pregnant but I have been pregnant four times in one year. Unfortunately the first two led to miscarriages and the third was a chemical. This one is our little rainbow baby and we are 14+5 right now.

I’d always been told it would be hard to get pregnant, but I actually got pregnant relatively quickly (3 cycles after removing iud/going off birth control). Ultra sounds show baby and ovaries still covered in cysts!
