Working out and hair??
Okay my fellow black queens. This is a question for you active ladies. What do you do to keep your hair from sweating while working out? I’m starting to become more active, but I’m worried about what I should do with my hair when I’m at the gym. Right now I’m putting it in a bun, but I’m planning on getting a perm next month. What should I do? How do you keep your hair beautiful while maintaining an active lifestyle?
