Clearblue clinical trial - cycle query

Hi ladies, after seeing a post about Clearblue hosting a clinical trial for women TTC. I have been collecting FMU since cycle day 1 and was advised by Clearblue to start testing on cycle day 8 using the clearblue digital ovulation tests. On cycle day 9 I got a static smiley face indicating peak fertility. Clearblue advisors said to continue testing after 2days, so I did and was getting negatives until today cycle day 13 I have got a flashing smiley indicating high surge...what is happening to me? My cycles are usually 28-30 days and I previously had an ectopic where I lost my left tube. Any ideas what's going on?xx
