What room to give baby???

So the room that me and boyfriend are in is a small room small enough that we can’t have a dresser with our queen bed in there to, it is right next to the bathroom and has two windows and it’s in the back of the house. We have another even smaller room that we use as our “closet room/vanity room” the room that I planned on giving the baby is the biggest out of the three and would fit a bed, dresser, toys etc fine and it’s on the side/front of the house right next to our room. I’m kind of second guessing giving him the bigger too for selfish reasons lol but I dnt know if it would be a good idea to give him out room some the bathroom is righ there and it can be loud. Even though the rooms are right next to each other the bigger room is kinda off own it’s own and I feel as if it is quieter. Idk if this makes any sense but what do you guys think???
