Help please

Idk I hate my age rn bc in missing out on a lot of people and I like juniors and in a freshman but they don't like me and it seems like no one likes me and it really upsets me bc ik I'm not a bad person and ik I'm ugly but im not that ugly I just need someone to help explain what's going on. I seriously don't know what to do bc my best friend isn't even there for me she says she's not like one of our other friends that's all caught up in her bf but she is when I was crying a bunch about a different situation with my dog she cared for like 5 seconds then just went to her bf which hurt like I'm not asking for full attention I'm just asking for my bf to be there for me
