I've been having dreams about my ex boyfriend lately, never had them before. is a sign or something?

I would like to think not otherwise I would be in trouble! That's been happening to me too, along with women I can't stand and guys that were always just friends. I chalk it up to pregnancy! FYI, I am not LGBT never have never will. Nothing against it at all its just not my thing so I don't know why I am dreaming about the ladies!
