Ladies in need your help! 911

TMI warning

So I’ve been having a ton of brown discharge before my period and now after it’s been about probably almost a week we’ll probably two if I count before and after my period. I feel tired and week all the time. I’ve had my iud I think about three years and I have never been able to feel the strings can any ladies help me if this sounds familiar, I’m scared.

Also when I wipe its light pink blood, so idk if it’s brown discharge on my liner or dry blood ;/
