Periods & Pregnancy

I have the liletta IUD, I got it last December. When I first had it inserted I was breastfeeding so my periods were either not there for most months or just super irregular. I stopped beast feeding In may. I had my first real period in June that lasted a couple weeks or two weeks at least. July , no period.

August, I would bleed for a day and stop for a day, bleed for a day and stop for a day for about a week to a week in a half

And not actually even bleed a whole day, more like just spot a couple times.

I’m just kinda concerned about pregnancy since I did have the first almost regular period in June and not again since. I haven’t had normal pregnancy symptoms like nausea or sore breast’s, but I have been feeling very bloated, very moody , tired, not at all hungry and just sort of BLEH.

I took a pregnancy test two three weeks ago and it was negative. I know that IUDs can throw off a test so I’m just curious if anyone has experienced anything similar ?
