It only itches occasionally, when something rubs against it. Had for a month or so

it looks like something is irritating it maybe your underwear is bothering it.

It looks like something maybe rubbing right there and causing a small cut. Look healed on bottom pic but top you can tell it’s open. Try an anti fungal powder or cream. Wear a looser pair of underwear. Few weeks should clear up. Seen this a lot working around the hospital. ( I’m a CNA not a nurse.)  but looks like should clear up.

Are you sexually active? It looks like blisters and are bleeding. So, if you’re having sex let me doctor look at it. If not, maybe fungal infection since it is in the cease
