Unisom ok during early pregnancy?

I use zzquil and read to switch to unisom, any suggestions??

My midwife prescribed me unisom and b6 early on for me. Been using it for weeks. I'm now 9 weeks and I can't go a day without it. I take one half of the unisom with b6 in the morning and the other half of the unisom by itself at night. Helps heaps and it's safe.

Any type of diphenhydramine can dry up your bodily fluids including cervical mucus. I would ask a pharmacist or your Dr.

My dr said unisom was fine and that it would actually help with my nausea on waking up.

My dr told me Benadryl or Tylenol PM!

My doctor gave me a prescription rx for my severe all day nausea. I believe it's fairly new and it's a combo of b6 with unisom. So far it's not working but I'm gonna give it a little longer before I give up on it. It does help me sleep better through the night but not really doing much for my nausea during the day.
