Would you accept this?

Hi everyone! We just had our car seat (bought from Walmart) delivered by fedex and this is what we received! There is a large hole in the box and the side is dented. Would you keep this or see if Walmart could exchange it? Not sure if this would do damage to the car seat or not 🤔

Its probably fine but I'd exchange it just to be safe.

If it was anything other than a car seat I would accept it as long as the product was. It visibly damaged. But for a car seat I wouldn't take any chances, the integrity of the seat can be compromised even without physical signs of damage

I would exchange it. Not acceptable. This could have introduced a failure point and probably invalidates the manufacturers safety checks.

Those boxes are made to take any impact during shipping. It is most likely ok. Though you can exchange it if you want.

This is totally fine as long as the seat itself doesn’t have any damage. Corrugated cardboard did its job!

I just had to exchange a pkg from Walmart the other day...was shipped and delivered like this...

Exchange it. Also take a lot of pictures and send it to Walmart customer service and fedex customer service.

I just received my chicco stroller that I bought recently while select chicco products were on sale at walmart.  The box is also beat up and looks like something was spilled all over it.  So not sure if it was like that when shipped or if FedEx had some issues with it??
Also made me wonder if the items were on sale due to damaged boxes or something??
