shall I get induced?

I have had my 3rd episode today of reduced movements and as I'm over 37 weeks they have offered me an induction...I feel like it would be a good idea to go ahead with it as I wouldn't keep having this stress but also worried about if it's too early for baby to be born and I've heard lots of stories of it being more painful...I also have 2 other children and if it takes a long time to get things going...child care would be an issue. what would you do? looking for advise
