Positive induction stories ???

Question

Can anyone share their positive induction stories with me? 
I’m being induced next Friday 8/24 at 39 weeks due to gestational diabetes, and as a first time mom with a low pain tolerance I am terrified ☹️
All the stories I read about induction are “horrible” so I just really need some positivity to try and stay optimistic going into labor.

I was induced with both my girls and it was soooooo easy. I had both of them within 6 hours of being induced and hardly felt any pain with the epidural. It was pretty calming actually lol. I know everyone is different but I had a super easy time🙂

I was induced with my first pregnancy and honestly it wasn’t bad and I was 19 at the time. I believe it’s different for everyone so you can’t go off of someone else story

Here's the deal with induction.....I have went into labor both ways; naturally and induced. Naturally, your body gradually progresses. The contractions start out as barely painful and gradually get more and more painful. With induction, there is no gradual. Your contractions come hard and strong. You may only be 2cm and feel like you're going to die. I do not believe induction is harder, just the contraction intensity hits hard from the beginning.
I don't know what your birth plan is, but natural would be miserable with induction.
