Eating fish every day isn’t bad. It’s the amount and kind of fish you eat. Salmon is a good choice if you were to eat fish more often. It has low mercury content, but it’s still rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. I’ve been pigging out on it for the past few weeks or so because I’m about to have my son. Omega-3s are brain food. I did it with my first and second child up till they were born and now with this one. I don’t regret a second of it because I feel it did what I intended it to do.

Pescetarian just means vegetarian that eats fish. Could be with every single meal, could be only once a month or even less, depending on the person
