Who is or going to be a SAHM?

We decided for me to stay home. It will be a pay cut but in the long run beneficial.

I became a stay at home mom two years ago after I had my son. It’s so nice to be home and watch your little one grow and see all their “ first” but it’s hard especially the older they get. It can feel a little lonely so try to join mom groups or stay busy by getting out for walks. I love it but now expecting baby two in 6 weeks and my son turning two in 7 weeks this is by far harder than being pregnant and working full time 😣

I quit my teaching job to be a SAHM when I got pregnant. Its definitely an adjustment but I'm getting used to it

My hubby is picking up a new job, so once we figure out if we can afford for me to stay home or not will be the factor. Both of us are hoping I can stay home for a long time. Especially since I work only 34 hours a week at $15/hour, 30 min from our home... paying daycare would barely break even.

I’ve worked from home for the past year . Look forward to not having to leave my baby girl and just keep her home with me

I will be for about a year and then I will be returning to college. I did the same thing with my son who will be 2 soon. If you are used to working then expect to feel really cooped up in your house. Try to get out and at least go for walks a lot because being inside all the time will drive you crazy!

I sort of am! Ima Nurse and so I only work 3 shifts in two weeks and one of them usually I get cancelled! It’s nice because I still get to get out of the house and have some grownup time but I also get to be with my kids majority of the time! :)

I will be - and it’s all I’ve ever wanted. However now that I only have 3 weeks of work to go I’m feeling more and more sad to be leaving my job 😭

I have a year of maternity leave from work and will return to work part time 0.5 (2 days one week, 3 days the next).

I’m very grateful to be a stay at home mom. My husband makes enough money for me to stay home. 
Very blessed, I know it can be hard for others.
