Measuring 2 weeks behind???

Question

Any one experience this I always measure ahead so when the Dr told me I'm only measuring at 30 weeks and should be at 32 and set a growth scan for Wednesday to check baby I got a little worried. please let me know your thoughts why would I be measuring small? I was measuring a week ahead at my 20 week scan..... Thank you in advance please calm me down!! I should also mention heartbeat look good and he moves like crazy!

You're fine. At 28 weeks I measured 26. Then at 30 weeks I was still at 26. I had a growth scan and baby was in the 18th percentile which is small but I had this same thing happen with my first. I didn't measure properly until my last few weeks and then I really popped out. He came out a healthy 7 pounds 6 ounces.

Same happen to me when I had her she was 6lbs took her home 5lbs 8oz. She was fine she is now 7 and weighs 69lbs lol.

I am also measuring behind by a week & a half. Not only is my belly measuring behind but so is my daughter. My doctor said her weight is a little low & her head circumference is a little small but he said besides that everything else is perfectly fine & she is healthy. He has me coming in every 3 weeks now so he can monitor her more closely. My first daughter also measured behind & she was perfectly healthy. Babies can just be small but as long as they are following their own scale & they aren’t in the 10th percentile or lower they should be fine.

My baby is since anatomy scan he’s measuring 1 week behind now a week and a half, we’ve been going to BPP ( Biophysical scans) 2x a week, growth scan once every 2 weeks and i will also start NST test next week. It has been a roller coaster for us since 22 weeks and was diagnose with IUGR 😢 baby is doing good tho, my biophysical scan always comes back good and he is now 3 lbs 1 oz a week ago, his AC and FL measurement are the ones pulling hin behing not the size 😢

It happened to me with my first.  Turns out I had low fluid and fluid was leaking.  Baby was growing just fine.
