Working out while pregnant ?

How many mommies to be are working out while pregnant? And what work outs are you doing ??

I run 3 miles at least 2-3 times per week and do a body pump class at the gym 1-2 times per week. Just ran a 10K today! It keeps me feeling strong and energized..hoping to keep it up as long as possible! 💪🏻🏃🏻

I'm still doing bootcamp and running 4 miles a day and I'm 20'weeks

I take a dance class called U-jam. I try for 2-3x/week but it's been more like 1-2 the last couple weeks. 31 weeks now...hoping for at least 5 more weeks!

I take barre classes 5 times a week and walk/run stairs a couple times depending on my schedule.

I worked out before i was pregnant so i try to continue . I still do a standard size weight for my arms & squats & try to run twice a week stil, & walk fast paced 2 miles

Unfortunately I was told not to by my doctor because of low lying placenta. Hoping it resolved itself so I can have a healthy routine.

I've continued lifting 5 days a week, HIIT training once and week and yoga on my rest day. 💪🏼💪🏼

Bootcamp 3 days a week and kettlebell class the other 2 days a week. I take Saturday and Sunday off.

I don't, but I wasn't working out prior to pregnancy. Sort of wish I had worked out during this pregnancy though.

I'm 36 weeks and work out with my trainer once a week, go to prenatal yoga, and do lots of walking.
