Can’t lose weight!!
I’m 3 months pp and have been working out 3-5 x/week cardio and strength training and despite my efforts and caloric restraints I can’t lose weight!! I gained 55 lbs during pregnancy and I’m still up 30 lbs!! I need help y’all!! I’m breastfeeding and I haven’t lost any weight like everyone says will happen! I’m just losing all hope! Also does anyone know of any good pre workouts or other supplements that will help once I stop breastfeeding?
