A little backstory, me and my husband let my moms ex boyfriend live with us till he goes to rehab and then he’s going to live with us when he comes back. My mom is an a drug user. My mom heard rumors that he’s sleeping with her aunt and she has been sending me messages like this.

I’m sorry your mother acts this way towards you. 😕 Honestly you may be better off blocking her for a time being. I know it’s your mom, but if she is toxic and feels like it’s okay to speak to you this way, don’t feel obligated to put up with it just because she’s a family member. This is definitely harassment imo

Honey block her. You dont need the drama or stress. You're an adult and can help out her ex if thats what YOU want to do.

I agree with everyone here.  You should block her. You don't need the negativity and the verbal and emotional abuse she's dishing out.  My mom is an alcoholic and was sober for about 3 years.  She recently started drinking again and I've had to cut communications because of the harassing messages. You don't have to put up with the bs and drama she's bringing.

I'm sorry you have to deal with this. My mom had an alcohol abuse and it turns people into monsters 😔 I would really very much consider if you wanna keep her as a part of your life. Because I can imagine that it takes so much more from you than it gives.
