Did you get an Ultrasound after 30 weeks in NYC?

Has anyone in NYC gotten an ultrasound after 30 weeks? I wanna know how much my baby weighs but my Midwife says I won’t get another one. What should I do?

Copy and paste this in the NY Moms group as well. I’m not IN the city, we’re upstate, but I was high risk so I had a LOT. Normally, I think they just do the initial dating, 20 week anatomy, and unless they need a growth because of suspecting baby being over/under-sized, that’s it.

You can get a private one. This isn't unusual, unless baby is measuring small or you're high risk then you have two scans.

I’m not in the city but I am in the tristate. My ob sends everyone out for two growth scans in their third trimester. One at around 32 weeks and another at 37 weeks. At my 37 week growth scan, the perinatologist that did the scan didn’t like the results and I had a c section 12 hours later

thanks ladies for the advice I’ve been having preterm contractions since 31 weeks or maybe even before that I just want to know for myself that my baby is at the weight he should be. I had a 3D scan at 29 weeks and all they said was he let oks bigger.
