Intense dreams!

I’ve been having vivid dreams sense the beginning of my pregnancy but second trimester has been nothing but nightmares😩 I’ve woke myself up crying two nights in a roll from dreaming about my husband leaving us (I know without a doubt he’d never do this, it’s just the hormones) and before that I dreamt of bleeding, it’s been so intense that I don’t want to go back to sleep. Has anyone found any tricks to sleep better/avoid these night terrors?

I remember this time well. Strangely by the third trimester it calmed down a bit, but your brain will be thinking a lot about everything. Having a baby is a big life change so I found anything to help relax before bed helped with the dreams/nightmares
