Reassurance?

My girl has gained 3lb 3oz in the eight weeks she has been here. Is that good? I am really struggling to pump can hardly get anything from either breast. One hour pumping I got 1oz! She clearly gets plenty I hear her gulp it down and bring it back up sometimes. Hard to keep the doubt away sometimes when breast feeding.

Pumping is not an indicator of milk supply, babies are able to get more than what you can pump. 😊
Go by how many wet diapers she makes. If you’re changing many wet diapers, then she’s getting enough milk. My son would also cluster feed alllll the time.
I remember once thinking I didn’t have enough milk  when my son was done and I did a self express check and had milk haha. You could always do a self check to just to make yourself feel better.
I never went by checking my sons weight so idk what’s normal. Only went by wet diapers per my sons pediatrician

My lactation consultant said a half ounce to an ounce of weight gain per day is good. Your baby has gained almost a full ounce a day, so that is great. 
Pumping is not an indicator of supply, some women just don’t respond well to pumps. Your baby is much more efficient. Try not to worry, I know it can be hard. Watch wet diapers and as long as those are good your baby is getting enough.
