Nope. Doctor told me unless we'd terminate they're pointless, especially since they do routine testing around 16 weeks. I wouldn't risk an amnio and we decided we wouldn't terminate, so we didn't think it was worth it.

I had Harmony test because our first scan and blood came back very high risk for chromosomes abnormality. The NHS recommend invasive testing but we had a second scan privately and were told Harmony was the better option. Glad we did it as our results came back normal. In the UK the Harmony test can be expensive, we paid £500 for the test and a scan, but it's worth it I think. I would say to any ladies who have high risk results to get the Harmony test before thinking of invasive testing, better to spend the money than risk a miscarriage with invasive testing.

I'll be getting the Panorama DNA test done tomorrow because I'll be 35 when the baby is born and considered high risk. I'm anxious about it but also excited to find out the gender.

We got the new version of the Quest MaterniT21 test, the QNatal test and are really happy we did. All came back great and showed that we'll be having a baby boy!

In moving from weekly ultrasounds to now monthly Doppler sessions, knowing this information is making feel a little less stressed (but still nervous).

Yes and it was a false positive - we followed up with a fetal DNA test, which came back negative, thankfully.
