I'm 29 my SO and I ttc for 6 1/2 years I found out 2 years ago I had CINIII and had 4 cervical procedures/surgeries, I found out in April of this year that I'm diabetic and immediately after getting my sugar under control we got our BFP! Bc of the CINIII I have almost no cervix (it's flush with the vag wall) so I have to take progesterone vag supp and at 10w1d I had to go in for a Transabdominal Cerclage TAC I'm a week post op and still in an extreme amount of pain but whatever we have to do to make sure baby is healthy... We had secondary infertility I have a 14yo and 8yo and will have a hysterectomy after this little blessing anyway I know it's long but that's what has brought me to the high risk side
