At 6 weeks what should I expect during my miscarriage? I passed this clot and blood, will there be more??

I had severe cramping yesterday and just mild cramping and bleeding today. Is it over or is there more to come???

How are you ,  today is day 2 for me and today i passed the same thing but larger   . I passed ny baby and  sac yesterdsy and tons of large clots of all sizes   ..have you finished  or was that just it ? Im hoping this was it for me

So this is going to sound really strange, but I was supposed to be 10 weeks with twins. Sacs stopped growing at 5w 6days. I just passed the biggest one today but I had to pull back some tissue to see the sac. It also came with a large clump of tissue like the photos above. Only sharing for anyone else that may come looking. They told me it would be the size of my pinky nail and I probably wouldn’t notice. I totally noticed and I feel like it’s a bit bigger than my pinky nail.

This was mine 3rd day sac measured 5.6 yet I should have been 9 Fetal Pole hear beat stoped 2 weeks ago and I’m 45 chromosome issue 😭

is these a miscarriage my gf past these 1 month ago. and then after 3 weeks and 3 days she have heavy bleading like hemorrhage but it settle after 4 days.. hope see any comment🥺

You're not alone😪 mine was 6 weeks but i didn't saw any sac passed out..only this lump and the blood clots came out..yesterday was lot of bleed but now,it spot only😌
