I am currently on Cycle Day 13 (July 26th) and Glow predicts ovulation on Cycle Day 16 (July 29th) however, I am now spotting pink and brown blood with yellowish creamy CM. Along with the spotting I have (left side) mild cramps that feel like AF is going to start. I haven't yet noticed any fertile CM but I am already on day 2 of my fertile window. I've never experienced this in any cycle before.

I've had 3 miscarriages and 1 Ectopic pregnancy (lost my right fallopian tube) in the past. None of which resemble these symptoms.

Could this be ovulation spotting? Should I be worried about an infection?
