Help with Hand-Expression

Holy Cats🙀🙀 My milk🍼 is IN! So I'm feeding baby👶🏼👼🏼 shes loving life💖💗 Doctors say she is a healthy little newborn👌🏼✔💯 But I'm over here dealing with some MAJOR CLOGGED DUCTS😟😖😫 I feel like I have rock hard breasts. I need some advice on the best methods of hand expression🖐🏼 I have a Haaka and use it with every feeding and I am still left with massive amounts of milk left. Unfortunately, my breast pump is weeks away from being delivered😳😟So please, help a gal out!!!
