Help with tree of life pictures for husbands birthday tomorrow!!

My husband and I just had our son on the 13th and he saw a tree of life photo and thought it was so beautiful and said we should do one! The problem is, idk how or where to start! Would one of you ladies be so kind and help me out! I’m trying to get it done and framed by tomorrow morning so he is surprised!!
