GED help

So I need to get my GED (TASC actually in NYS) I've been out of school for forever now but with my social anxiety I've been putting it off. I now have a baby and really want to go for the test while I'm staying home with my son. Currently I'm breastfeeding though so I'd need to take breaks during the test to pump (currently feeding on demand still about every 2 hours). They do offer accommodations if I get a drs note which doctor do you think I'd have to go to? The pediatrician, my Ob, or my Primary? Also I dont even know what type of accommodation to ask for, just breaks every 1.5 hours for 30 minutes or maybe a separate room AND the breaks? Any help anyone can give would be awesome!
