IUD out of place???

Does anyone have any opinions or knowledge on symptoms of a hormonal IUD being out of place? About a week ago i bled for 15 days and i usually dont get my period with the IUD which ive had since last november and even though i logged those 15 days on here it still had my regular period scheduled which i never believe because once i hadn’t had any for 137 days but here i am a week later from that random period STARTING my new one???? I also dont use condoms and i haven’t gotten pregnant and still got a period so obviously i felt confident that it was still in there correctly but I’m just paranoid about it possibly being out of place! Any thoughts would help!
