Becoming a mom for a second time?

My fiancé and I have set a date for TTC. It’ll be next October!! I’m so excited! We did want to wait until our first was a little older and he’ll be over 3 years old if all goes as planned. But I’m just wanting to know, what changes from being a FTM to it not being your first rodeo? I know with my first I learned right away that how you “perform” as a mother has to do a lot with your confidence AS a mother. What are some things you learned after having more than one kiddo?
