Should I go to the ER? Or be concerned? Plan B serious side effect question.

Okay so I posted this already but confused some people so I need to add the info.... I took plan b because I was on an antibiotic that could have messed with my nexplanon... and I was just on my period for over a month and it ended about a week ago last Tuesday... well that same night we had a major incident . I took plan b Thursday around midnight ... and started spotting yesterday and bleeding today... even tho I just had my period for over a month like a week ago... someone told me I could die so I am sitting at work freaking out I am so scared.... the doc had given me bc pills to try to regulate my bleeding back when I had my period for over a month but told me to start when I stopped my period... can I take them now even tho I just had plan b a few days ago.? Idk I’m scared I feel tired and worn out... I lost blood for over a month and now I am again.. my friend said I could die so I’m freaking out .
