Starting pill Mid Cycle

Hi! I started bc pills in the 2-3week of my cycle. It’s been 9 days of pill taking and according to my “period tracker” I should be getting my period in 4 days. But the pills should delay that period until I reach the ‘inactive pills’ right? I just don’t want to freak out when I don’t get my period
