Tryying to Conceive!

Hi ladies, I'm 20 years old and I've been trying to start my own family for a while. I was told that I would have hard time trying to conceive since I was 16 ( many period problems, seen lots of doctors)I have a twisted and tilted uterus. I also have a medical diagnosis that my eggs dont fully detach. My periods are very irregular but becoming regular as I age. I keep track of every period. I havent taken a test for 8 months because I tried so hard not get hurt every month that went by with no pregnancy. I was 2 weeks late I took one yesterday results were negative...😭💔 After I'm left feeling broken, crushed, hopeless and less of a woman every time I get my results.... please I'm reaching out. I need prayers for fertility to come my way. Please if you have an advice on ways to try to convince please let me know. I dont wanna give up hope. yes I know I am young and there is time.
